HI I want to design and program an Arabic micro jobs website from scratch , the language used would be Arabic. Plus the ability to add other languages easily. I want a special, flawless and professional design with high security. About the website options, same as in similar known websites plus additional special options. And of course I want to be able to control the smallest detail in the website as the administrator. Ideas and developments are not totally clear in my head yet but I want to know the cost of this kind of project and get all the information i need. And another thing, if i want the android app and the ios app what would be the total price? P.S. Technical support and updates shall be included and available for 12 months. P.S. In case of an agreement the purchase will not be done until July.
