Build an innovative site in Arabic

I need to develop a site similar to [login to view URL] but in Arabic. I am looking for an experienced developer who can develop the site in Wordpress with excellent knowledge in database complex searches yet produce searches that are intuitive and user friendly. Please review the site thouroughly before sending a proposal. The site must include a frontend capability where users can update their profiles and be able to communicate with interested vendors and receive job requests. Social media integration and chat capabilities is essential. A real plus is for a developer who can produce a coach dashboard as in [login to view URL] I am looking for a modern and fresh design with easy navigation. I will supply all original images and expect the developer to have excellent graphic design skills. I will only accept a full turnkey solution with membership options & previliges for paying customers. I also require a payment gateway setup.
