We have a website ready to go, but we are missing the internal components of the site. I am looking for someone that can make a database project management system for the backend of our site. Not sure of the complexity but this is what will be required.
We will need all the information to work and automatically change the status in order for our business to function properly.
Client gives us a project, the project will be assigned to a person (this person is filtered by price, language and so on) automatic email must be sent where that person can confirm or reject the job. If confirm the status of the project changes. This database needs to be able to track a number of important key aspects for both the client, project and person that will perform the work.
In addition people will apply on our website, which also has to go into this database with all the appropriate information.
The database needs to function well enough not to cause any delay in locating the appropriate person or project out of 15000 freelancers.
