I just need simple website where all you have to do is- secure data as per security norms of a website secure login. secure database. and coding for SMS and Emails-- according to these features and type. SMS should be send based on timely manner- on a particular day and time (1AM,2AM,...23PM,23:30PM) twice in a day Daily weekly fort night monthly quarterly half yearly once in a year Year based (after 2 or 3 or 4 years) Same with the Email along with attachments options of limited types of files. this is a very basic project i want it for myself. maximum budget is 5000Rs. So please don't waste your and mine time if you think you are not fit for this job and money.
