I need a site that allows my clients to
1) upload a file (car ECU software) and fill out related information regarding that car
2) When file upload is complete the client should be notified by email that his file upload has been accepted and it is being worked on.
3) A status page should be available that shows all history of all uploads and related information. Status of the file uploaded should be shown.
4) A programmer should receive a notification of a new job pending. There should be a possibility to download the file from database
5) When work on file is finished a modified file is uploaded back to database.
6) Client gets notified and can now download the ready file
7) If he has troubles or further questions there should be a basic functionality to request support or ask questions and upload related files for the job
8) Site has to have a client front end and a programmer back end
