Build a Website for TheLovingCouple.com

Need a database driven e-com web site for a new project called TheLovingCouple.com. I'm not sure if this site can be based on wordpress and then software written around it or if this will need to be a ground up project. this site will need the following features (see attachment for full details * Member signup * Member Login * Member account page to add information and web site settings * Social like facebook, with wall, status, photos and the works * Blogs * Forums * site help desk function * e-con to sell items * Fantasy Database - is a database that member submit their fantasies. other members will be able to read and rate the other members fantasies. along with many other features that goes along with the fantasy database (see attachment) * The Salon: which will be a place that members can pay to submit questions and get answers * Therapist Corner: Like the salon members pay to ask questions of a licensed Therapist. * Red Light District: same as the salon, and therapist corner but members will pay to ask question of a sex therapist. * Newsletters: Auto generated newsletters that auto email on a schedule and are based on the blog/fantasy/the salon/and therapist content All the sections are high level overviews read the attached file for details
