I have been a Ruby on Rails Developer for couple years now. I have the skills and the experience required to finish this project in due time. I am passionate about building meaningful applications. I have a lot of free time, so I might be able to deliver the website even faster, seeing that you already have a design. I will do it in Rails alone, but if it is a complex app, might add Ember.js in the mix.
