Software/Website Development Basically, we run a writing agency and below are the details about the software. First Stage: Our sales team receive an order from the client and upload it to our website/software. There should be a form which sales team have to fill containing all the info related to project + attachment option. Second Stage: After uploading writers can show their interest in taking the project the same way it is done on Freelancer Third Stage: We will then assign the order to most relevant writer and the work goes in his bucket Fourth Stage: Once the writer finished the job he will reassign it to quality assurance team, once QA team received the work they will cross check it and send it back either to writer for further amendment or to sales team We do not need the bidding system at the moment, few more options require which we will discuss with the selected bidder Please confirm if you can build a software as described above Preference will be given to those who built a similar software before
