Build a Website

I have a website that was converted to wordpress and was supposed to convert identical to the current version. The contractor did most of the work but I have not heard from him and I need to find someone to finish the project. The website is [login to view URL] that the site should look like. The website that is wordpress but incomplete is [login to view URL] . I need the /wp site to look exactly like the original site then once done I need the /wp site migrated to secureofficemovers.com. There is not much work left. The current site uses a theme called Avada.
