Build a Website

Website functions as both corporate website but also users (users are oil and gas project team members, usually up to 500 registered users per project, with dozens of projects), users can log in to access the community forum, to complete online surveys with feedback reports, the user generated lessons learned database (this needs to be created also), and the area for entering data for their pre-determined leadership behaviors. The website also needs to generate a dashboard which represents the consolidated data from the project to project aggregate. The dashboard shows how project members are doing with their leadership behaviors, by area and company.
