Hi. I am looking for some one to partner with to build a product listing with credit card payment website for a new business venture, with shares in the actuall company as payment. Around 5% shares for an estimated 400 hrs work over 6 months. Shares would pay annual dividend plus you could sell them once the company potentially becomes more valuable if you require lump sum cash. The initial 400hrs is my estimate only of the time required to build a fully functional website. The site would require client and admin login portal to access and maintain their content/product with an online credit card payment system (automated) as well as a full product listing responsive / mobile front end. Once the site becomes a steady source of income for you as a shareholder, ongoing smaller site upgrades, features etc... would be required to increase the benefits of the site and deal with demand etc... over time.
