I need a website such that we can have users signup on our website and sell gift cards. We need a merchant so that it can process the transactions. We need the site so that for now only those who have a credit card with their billing address, this is the only place we will ship it to. Later on we can change it so that shipping is different. We want the site to be setup in sections such that we can see the gift card being sold, the price it is being sold at, and the % should also be seen so users know how much cheaper it is. Example a $100 gift card being sold at $98 is 2% cheaper. The site should have all money sent to our company, and then from our company we can then pay our users out. Each buyer/seller should have a place where they can enter the USPS or UPS tracking number for the gift card.
