hello, my project Stock Exchange. I want to be able to register on the site two types of people. the first is the traders and the second buyers. Traders parsed listings and buyers as like placing an ad request. The third type is the moderators. Each published the ad is approved by a moderator before it publishes. Moderators can approve, suspend or edited. I want to be able to add languages to the site, for example by uploading a TXT file and so is the site of so much of the language file added. I want easy and convenient and simple site design
