Build a Website

I need a website where players/coaches/umpires connect with sporting clubs. Sporting clubs pay a monthly fee to view the players/umpires/coaches contact information. So I need players/coaches/umpires to create a profile that has their contact details, brief description about themselves, location, specific details about the sport they participate in (eg:position played), experience and photographs of themselves. Clubs create club profiles that have brief descriptions about the club and some basic contact details. For example say a cricket player wanted to sign up. He would select "cricket" as his sport. He would then select out of the options whether he was a "batter", "bowler", "all-rounder" or "wicketkeeper". If you designed the website so that I could add in the sports I want included in the site and the options that come with the sport that would be great! For another example I could add in "football" (soccer) to the possible options of sports and add in the position of "defense" as a position which is selectable by the player. Clubs are the only ones who have access to the database of player which they are able to search refined by the information entered into the players profile. Refinable searches need to include: sport played, location and sport position. For example if a Cricket club was looking for cricket players in South Australia they would refine the search to "cricket" "south Australia". Clubs have to pay a monthly fee for this access of the database and this needs to be payed through PayPal. Do you think you are capable of creating a site like this? If so bid now!
