Hi, I am an experienced Web developer. I have experienced in developing website with CMS system and user management, which is very useful in this project. For this project, I will use permalink to track click rate, and the source of the link click. If the project schedule is tight, we can also use 3rd party API, like Google URL Shortener, or Bitly, to help implement this part. And I just have to implement the CMS, and user management part.
