Hey, I have seen your previous sites and your competitor site as well. I have seen the main problem with your site is how it displays the products that does not look good and the main page is not either too professional. I will create an new site from scratch using a new template for you nee logos new banners and everything. The platform i will use to built your site will be Magento. Far better then your competitor is using that is joomla. I will show you some responsive themes already there which we have already purchases which can be customized according to your requirements or if you want a entire new design to be made we can do that for you as well.
