Build a Website

I am need someone who knows the design and development side of building a WordPress directory site. At this point I want someone to have a look at the website and inform me on what needs to be done in-order to get the site live (I will provide an outline of what the site is for), including producing a short 'report' on the recommendations. I expect the job to include at least the following: - Customisation of the theme as agreed - Training to help me understand how to set up, manage and edit this template (I can do basic WP management/editing) Potentially, there will be on going work with the site as well.
