Build a Website

I need to contract somebody to help me out with my website. I tried learning the necessary HTML/CSS on my own so I could save costs and learn a new skill, but it's taking way too long and my time would be better spent learning it later. Therefore, I am looking for a web dev to design my site. I will be working closely with them. I have ideas for how I want it to look, but you may most certainly inject your own creative process into the mix. When messaging me, please inform me of cost, turnaround time, portfolio, and what platform you intend to build the site on (e.g. WordPress, Bootstrap, ground-up, etc.). The theme of the site is premium/elegance, sleek, clever...so if that sounds up your alley, give me a shout!
