Build a Website

Hi, I think the best thing before i call is fill you in regarding the project. So basically i want to design a online estate agent website. This is where seller/landlords can login. They select and purchases a package and upload description, photos & etc.. of their property. it then will be approved by us and then put onto a 3rd party integration (eg rightmove, zoopla). Seller/landlord will be able to produce a brochure of their property and print off to show potential buyer/tenants. Seller/landlord will have a calendar where they can select slots for viewings of their property. The buyers/tenants will see property on the 3rd party site and then go to our website. This is when buyers/tenants will be able to login on my website arrange a booking (using calendar). Once viewed the buyer/tenant will be able to leave feedback make offers on property that's for sale. At the same time when bookings/offers etc.. email/sms will be notified by all parties. I would need a admin section for me to monitor everything.
