Fix my website so it looks better and fix shopping cart system using Virtue Mart. I will use existing website host.

The website I am looking to re-design and/or fix is gripnripsoftball.com it is a baseball/softball related site that is also an e-commerce site using Virtue Mart. Anyone who is good at designing a sport related website would be excellent. I am willing to use any other shopping cart software as well.
I will be adding new pictures of the products so the designer will have to be patient as I submit new photos and descriptions.
Also, upon completion the designer will be responsible for uploading the final project to my website host and making it live.
