This is my understanding for your requirement: 1. Logo + web page design 2. Converting design to dynamic pages 3. Individual area for Recruiters 1. Logo + Web page design - We can provide best designs. First I will be sending 2 home page options and designs will be edited till you are happy with the home page design. Once home page design is agreed, if you want we can send main sub page designs too. 2. I prefer to use Wordpress . Let me know if you have any other opensource or core php. Whichever is fine with us. 3. If we are using Wordpress for the main site, we can create custom plugin for this area. Could you send me more details, what are the other functions/sections needed in Recruiters Dashboard? Like, Positions will be added by Recruiters OR by site admin? Their company logo, email options..etc required? 4. Site frontend will be responsive and seo friendly. Send me message if you want to discuss. Time required for Design is around 1-2 days.
