Build a Website

I would like a site designed like [login to view URL] in terms of concept alone any a cool looking design with some slight modifications like 1. Free Users Should not be able to copy or print the profile details from the site 2. Simple design 3. Dynamic site so that i can update any news or data when needed 4. Regular Marquee of alliances when finalized 5. The pages should be simple and beautiful without unwanted messages 6. Users Should not be able to use print screen also 7. Users can update their details by logging in 8. Search should include options for divorcee, widow/widower 9. Online registration details should be in English and tamil 10. Individual user name and password for every registration 11. Should be able to print online registration card with photo 12. Search should include natchathiram(star) and raasi (sun sign) 13. Search details in English and tamil 14. Members should be able to register with their contact number 15. An option for admin to mark verified on the profile if the profile details are verified 16. Customers id proof which should be displayed only in admin 17. A column for entering and uploading id proof 18. On clicking the profile name it should open in new tab 19. The default details entered in online application like place, district , sun sign and star should be displayed in both English and tamil in the profile 20. The data which i enter in tamil should support the diamond and sai indra tamil font which i should be able to choose when i am typing in the back end when editing my content 21. Contact details like address and mobile number should not be displayed in the site profile, it should be displayed to me and to the paid customers only, which should be saved in the site database which will be given only on request 22. Generate Registration no for each applicant 23. Raasi kattam should be automatically filled when i type the date of birth, time and place 24. I should be able to remove or move the profile if needed 25. E-payment gateway 26. I should be able to know the No of visitors 27. I should be able to edit my content displayed in the site about the services etc, 28. live chat with any one who visits my site
