Build a Tutoring Website for Quran Education

Hi Guys, We have a project that aims to provide a world-class educational experience for Learning the proper recitation and memorization of Quran (Muslims holy book). Our academy would serve as a marketplace for tutors & students, similar to the famous language learning platform "[login to view URL]". For this, we need a talented web designer/developer who can help us realize this idea into practice. Budget is negotiable. More details below: - Aim is to build new bilingual (English & Arabic) tutoring/e-learning website connecting teachers and students. We will provide Arabic content if needed. - Our key reference website is [login to view URL], and we will inspire most of the feature from it. - Teachers will have ability to register, create their account, profile & include all the necessary details such as area of expertise, qualifications, academic details and their availability. The profile will then be sent to Admin for further approval and once approved, Admin further can interview the tutor for final check. - On the other hand, students will be able to search for teachers on the basis of their availability i.e. the timings that they need classes within. - Students can also search for currently available teachers as website will include an option for teachers to mark themselves as "Available Now". Students will be given free trial at the time of registration and then will be required to choose the subscription packages in order to view the profile of tutor and interact with them. - They further can converse with each other via Inbox Messaging system over the website and discuss the necessary details. - The online classes will take place on the website itself using one of the APIs (will wait for your recommendation - we have multiple options; OpenTok, Ziggeo, twilio) where both tutor and student can do calls and share the documents as well through Inbox system. - Once the class is done, both teachers and students will have ability to provide ratings/feedback to each other depending upon their experience. All the payments will be directly transferred to Admin of the website and Admin, keeping his commission will pass on rest of the payments to relevant teacher. - Over their respective Dashboards, both teachers and students will have ability to manage their contracts (ongoing/previous/pending), messages, payments (current/past & pending), teachers (for students), students (for teachers), profiles etc. What is your credentials in building online tutoring platforms?
