I need a website building for an online company that creates custom gamming controllers. I require the following:

The website graphics

A game controller creater that is similar to this website: [login to view URL]

A payment portal set up on the website( for paypal and bitcoin)

A way I can connect an instergram account to the website

A system where I can put promotional codes in to the payment part

A basic home page etc.

It has to be strictly within the stated budget(quotes outside this budget will be ignored) and if you have any questions please do ask. I am also looking for someone to maintain the website over a long period of time. I am looking at awarding someone the project within the next 24 hours.
