Beta website for music rehearsal, recording, and event space start up

We are a start up company, building an online network for musicians to connect with rehearsal spaces, recording spaces, and event spaces in an ‘open table’/‘airbnb’ type fashion. We are looking for someone to design a beta website for our startup. We will need 2 versions of the website, one that is end customer facing, and one that is a web tool for the Space owners, that allows them to see and manage bookings. What is required: Customer facing website: - Easy to use, modern, aesthetically beautiful design - Searchable example Space profile listings, including Google map view - Booking calendar and online payments mock ups Space owner web tool: - User friendly, simple interface for Space owners to view and manage bookings We would also require an editor so that once the beta website is built, we can tweak and edit the content.
