THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE POSTING... THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PROJECTS... Looking for a designer/Builder/Programmer to build a site just like this one (Freelancer). The subject matter is much different but the site will have the same functions and concept. Must be able to complete the project from start to finish... Must be willing to make changes as needed and if you're the right person I will keep you on the project for all future maintenance and updates if you wish... Must be able to build a site with required standards for credit card processing, data storage, etc... Must be able to design a catchy, smart logo... Must be great at graphics and color as I would love the site to have rich colors and be engaging to users... I am NOT interested in reskins or templates or other nonsense... I ONLY want someone who can build an original site with original code... I am looking for an honest hard working person... Please... If you are going to try to lie or scam me just don't reply... Seems to be a good amount of that on here... Sad to say but true... Please look at this site (Freelancer) and give me as close to an accurate bid as you can... The site I want designed and built is quite similar... Please do not send me a bid of $388 or $700 because we all know that is just not possible... Also... Please do not send me a bid of $10,000 or more because we all know it can be done for a bit less... Send me nice honest bids and we will have a deal... :) Please respond with accurate bid pricing as I have given you a wonderful example of what I would like the site to be... (Similar to Freelancer) ;) Also please ONLY respond with a bid if you can indeed actually do the entire job... Please do NOT respond if you cannot fully understand the job and deliver a finished and final product... Please do NOT respond if you plan to take on the job and then hire another freelancer to do the work as that is entirely unacceptable... ***PLEASE NOTE*** I have been burned once and I WILL NOT pay for any job upfront so please DO NOT respond if you are looking to get paid upfront money... I will NOT release funds before I can see the work is being done as I need it to be... I WILL pay milestones as we go along and have no problem doing so but the project will be paid as we go along as I can see work being done with my own eyes... First of all I would like to tell you that this is not project which can be handled by single freelancer and if you hire anybody single one, that will take several months. This kind of project need complete team to delivery what you are expecting. Project completions is not only goal, it must be a smart system to delivery what you are planning. I own a Development/Designing agency in Chandigarh as being a Project Manager I think atlest following team structure need for this kind of project: - Lead Programmer (1) - Programmer (1) - Designer (1) - Relational Database Architecture (1 partially) Before we agree on cost and timelines both product owner and developer must freeze all requirements, it is much clear by giving reference of any website but documentation is first and vital stage of any software/application. So we both must gather all requirements module wise. Once Requirement Documentation complete we can divide the whole project in Milestone/Sprint. Then we can calculate time need to finish the application and we also can talk about milestone payments. The way you mentioned in first hand price and time can't be possible.
