Im looking to build a travel website for Canada. The main website page will have a map of Canada with 25 cities. People can click on these cities which will direct them to another page which will have a small description of the city and a directory of things people may be interested in. Such things as schools, bars, pubs, restaurants and so on. When they click on a subject from the directory such as schools there will be a list of schools. If someone is interested in learning more about the school then they can click on that school listed which will open up to the schools website or if they dont have a website there will be some basic info such as a phone number and address. The other thing is this website will be in 6 languages. So there should be a menu on the main page where they can change languages. But the language change does not mean google translate. I will translate the main page in 6 languages and also each city will be written in 1/6 languages. I am also looking to launch this website in the web searches of the 6 languages such as Naver for Korean and Bidu for Chinese and Google for English and so on. I dont want 6 different websites but they should be integrated into one website. So after the city page with description and the main directory for that city, all pages and languages will go to the same page there after (For example the list of the schools and then the website of the school-if they have one, no matter what language). Lastly I had some problems with another web designer. I paid half up front and well they didnt do the work and communication and was awful and sometimes non existent. So with this project I will pay at the end when the project is done. I can deposit the amount we agreed on to the freelance website and I will only release the full amount when everything is done and I am satisfied. The person I was dealing with was a nightmare to deal with and I really hope to find someone better. I will not pay half upfront!
