Build a Website

We currently have a website that needs updating. Our current website can be found here: [login to view URL] Here are the items we need: 1. On our "About Us" page, we'd like a link under each photograph to link to a separate page with each Board members' biography. We have the bios, but we would need someone to design each biography page. 2. We would like a new page called "Committees", with it linked on the homepage at the top. On that page would be a link to 8 different pages, one for each committee. We would need those 8 pages created for each committee (we have the content). We’re also hoping that we can provide links to the photo gallery from each Committees page. 3. On the home page, we’d like to add a link for “Past Events” under “Upcoming Events.” 4. We’d like to create a page that is a photo gallery that highlights our past events. It would be great if it is a widget that would allow us to just upload photos and it would be automatically incorporated as a new album rather than having to create a thumbnail and mess with the html to add new photos. 5. We’d like to have a calendar that would allow us to put our upcoming events on a calendar feature. Another widget, or something easy to use and would not require knowledge of Wordpress or HTML code would be preferable. 6. Finally, an issue we are facing is that it is difficult to make changes to our website without knowledge of Wordpress/HTML. Is there is anything that can be done to make it more of a WYSIWYG type of editing mode?
