Benefit Wallet Cards (Accordion folding) High Volume

These are a folding (accordion fold) wallet card that provides benefit information to employees of large companies. Each card "panel" is the description of the benefit. You have a template (we can provide the AI files to start) and you make changes to the card. For example, some companies may offer dental benefits so you add a panel that describes the dental benefit. Another company does not have dental, so you remove this panel. We need a fixed cost per order for your design work, regardless of the number of panels. We will be marketing this to a network of benefit consultants (agents, brokers) who have approximately 15,000 clients. The goal is to have potentially 50-100 orders per month coming in. We would provide the information, logos, colors, text, and you design and send us a proof. The client will make changes, and we send back to you for a final copy. We currently do these in house now and are trying to create volume by reducing the cost. In the past, our price per project varied. Having a set price from you will allow us to create an easier to understand product which be sold easier, giving you more work. See the attached files for the front and back of the card. The current price we pay to a U.S. designer is approximately $120 per project. We need the price to be lower to have this work. Important: For each employer/company who needs their benefit card, the first year takes the most time as you have to modify each panel in the template. The second year and each year thereafter, they only make slight modifications, so you might just be making 20 minutes of changes, and then receive the full amount. Keep this in mind when you provide the pricing. The lower the price, the more successful this will be.
