I have attached a file from previous freelancer who worked on the site before. I would like 2 similar sites to the attachment..one is for [login to view URL] and other is adult site ratemytatas.com..both sites will require 1 to 10 rating..i do require registration to upload with admin approval..no registration required just to rate..i do need strategic ads placed on the site to maximize revenue..I will provide ads at time when project is close to complete. I WILL NOT PAY MORE THEN $30 AS MOST WORK IS DONE AND ONLY REQUIRES SOME ALTERING...READ BEFORE PLACING BID CAREFULLY...
