Good day, I am n need of a simple custom designed wordpress theme. It is relativley basic, though there are 2 aspects I am unable to design myself. I require a theme that has scrolling dynamic header which has the company logo fixed hovering ontop of the scrolling header. ( using a typical slider plugin ) if you can assist, I will gladly provide further information
