Customize a Bootstrap Template

I have a professional logo for a website, and I need a Bootstrap3 theme for a (digital cloud-based software product) *landing page* to match it. The approach I'd like to see taken is that we'd scour the possibilities and narrow down on a few existing Bootstrap themes that might be suitable both in terms of their structural layout and general look/feel. I'm open to paying a reasonable additional money for a license to an existing theme from somewhere like [login to view URL] as long as the license allows us to move forward and fully own the modified version. I don't see that it'll be necessary to start from scratch on this project when so many existing themes are available that we could customize. With the selection of a particular theme based on a balance of suitable structural layout, "closeness to the aesthetics imbued by the logo", and difficulty of effort in customizing additional design assets like supporting images in background patterns, etc., we'd then proceed to customize the theme to match the logo and more fully represent the brand/identity through a (hopefully short) series of iterations. I very much see this as an "easy project" for someone who is already familiar with the universe of existing themes and has the ability to quickly customize Bootstrap themes (without breaking the responsiveness or usability of the design across browsers in the process.) In that regard, the ideal candidate would very much be getting paid to "work smart" (versus hard) and for their knowledge in finding the path of least resistance as opposed to a more involved creative process with lots of conversation and dialogue. The only caveat I'd apply is that I'd like for the theme to at least be a little bit original, so if we found a theme that was 95% what we wanted and could get it to 100% by tweaking the color scheme and nothing else, I'd be open for some tweaks to make it a little bit unique. We can use placeholder images for 1-2 screenshots of the software (as shown currently on [login to view URL] and only if needed), and I anticipate that the ideal theme would also have the option to substitute a video in place of the image...or offer both. I don't need help filling into content into the template or hosting the website. I just need help finding and customizing a suitable Bootstrap theme.
