We have a professional network that needs some minor redesign to make it cleaner. Essentially, users are overwhelmed by options and links, and we want to explore a cleaner design, with better usability. Freelancer will be required to capture our current design - cos we are also planning for a contest later on. Then make new design (just design, no coding) for 1. the landing page, 2. the splash modal the user sees after login, and 3. the homepage. This work should take 2-3 iterations, as we may require changes. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by writing "capture our current design". Do you mean to get familiar with it or "do the printscreen because we will change it soon because of the contest"?
