I have already posted this project however as there have been a lot of questions I am reposting with some clarifications.

It is essentially a property investment analysis tool. The main function is to display investment outcomes on the basis of user inputs.
This project is to :
1. Redesign the website with a fresh, modern simple and clean theme.
2. Create a login/password/register system. (also login with facebook etc)
3. Before users register/log in - create a simple demo of the analysis tool
4. Users can start a new property analysis by entering details of the property
5. The property can be saved for use later. All saved properties can be relaunched for analysis at any stage.
6. The main investment calculator is redesigned (ideally I want the calculator to work client side so no PostBack is needed). ( see [login to view URL])
