Creating some new graphics

I need to design few icons for my site [login to view URL] If you look at the second section where are numbers 1,2,3,4 under these numbers are icons that I would like to replace. Instead I'd like to place windows with rounded corners where icon will take the right part of the window and the left part I could fill with the name of a section. Details what exactly I want you will get later. Also please see if the first section is fine, maybe the graphics there should get replaced as well or instead to put something else there. Created icons must be unique and not copied from somewhere. All icons and graphics must be very light in weight.
