Animated Mobile App Video Needed

I require a 30 second animated video of the functionality of a mobile application developed by myself. I have the completed UI designs and have developed the app. I want a high quality video. Only 30 secs, about the same quality as: [login to view URL] I have a script already and only need video animations and voice-over by american voice-over-guy between the ages of 25-30 years. I have never made one of these videos before before however this is not my first app and certainly not my last. i have another video that needs to be created immediately after this one.
