I am looking to have someone create a t-shirt that will be for an organization, The words on this t-shirt will be "Regulate the regulator". Also if you could add the federal reserve/ the US capital building in the background with cracks or something to show that it is political and corrupt. The t-shirt must be dark navy blue the words would be best they were in red. But its really up to you to make it look good...
