Create new text based on existing graphics

We need someone to create a new text with the same style as in the attached file. The text will have a total of 16 characters (text will be provided to bid winner on PM).

Requirements:

* Very quick turn-around time needed. If you can't complete this project within the next few hours, please don't bid

* Text with same style, color, etc. as in the attached file

* Final result should be delivered in PSD format.

* You must be able to create the final result based on the attached file only, no other files can be provided.
