chat script ( chat rooms or shoutbox with embed no private messaging )

I need a chat script like a shoutbox for example with some features i needed. chat must be fast and no freezing or lagging on slow connection. please if you cant make the chat run perfectally on browsers of anykind like mobile pc or cant stop lagging and freezing etc dont select the job , thanks for undrestanding FEATURES NEEDED: 1- multiple rooms or threads ( embed code to embed on html pages ) 2- 4 admin roles with different color for each color - moderator ( green ) ( can ban and delete messages of users ) - vip ( yellow ) ( can report users or simply cant do anything but diff color) - admin ( can ban and delte messages and give moderator to users ) - super admin ( can access admin panel and do rest of stuff) admin controll like baning, delteing etc can be done from chat screen check images for more details 3- smilies and word filtering ( see images for more details ) 4- notification message or sticky message on between form and message on chat window 5- abililty to add super admins to access admin panel note: must protect the script against sql injections, xss attacks, host-header attacks, and any possible hacking methods- please do not bid if you cant protect the script - add a lock button in admin panel to allow super admin to lock the shoutbox or chat to disallow all users from sending messages to chat. like maintance or temproary lock etc. for rest of things please download the attached zip images and take a look at them. if you can do this chat script please select the job and talk to me so we talk about all details. thanks and good luck to every one.
