cash-back plugin or integration on wordpress website

Project Description: I am a publisher and I post offers and deals and get commision from by affiliate marketing through commission junction and others When a user visits merchant site using my link, I get paid when user make any purchase. When a user purchases any thing from merchant site by visiting merchant's site using my link I pay the user some part of my commission I currently do it manually, users have to send me e-mail with transaction details in order to get cash back. I want when a user clicks on the link, login page will pop up or appear to remind user to login to earn cash back or continue to the site if not interested in earning cash back and when the user makes a purchase online, upon successful transaction user account is automatically credited using cash back. I need a plugin or integration on my child theme. Currently I have a WordPress site based on premiumpress framework on multisite network, I still want to have the coupons and casback like [login to view URL]
