Develop a tender website (property search), should be very simple. 1. The Client fills forms (details of his property search : size, location, contact data, etc.) > a Lead is created 2. This Lead is sent to Companies (and visible on website for Companies) 3. Companies can send an offer to this tender through the website (online) 4. Client can refuse (delete) or accept the offer (accept = client's contact data are visible for the Company) Required: mySQL database, CMS to manage Clients and Companies, CMS to manage classic pages (contact, about us, etc.) Design: minimalist
