Build a Website

We want to build a website that connects 'People who want accommodation for the night' with "People who want to list their spare rooms in their homes". People who visit the site will either want to: List their spare room OR find a room for the night (similiar to finding a B and B). It is called Room Tripper A back end database will be required to have storage and search facilities for properties. The database will need to be for Users (people with rooms to hire out) and Travellers (people looking for rooms and overnight stays) Also needs a front end. This website here [login to view URL] is offering something similar for camping and the overall website design and functionality is what we are after. It will need to have a google map plug in, eventually we will create an app. It will be subscription based, Users can choose a subscription package, searchers access and pay a fee which gives them several booking options within 12 months. Payment to us is via PP or CC and room rate payment between Users and Searchers is between them.
