We have a website in two languages Left to right side and Right to left side. Both of them are created via joomla 1.0 (7 years ago). We would like to upgrade them. We are considering to go for wordpress with a responsive theme. We do not want lose any content of our current sites. The site is belong to a non profit independent Human rights organisation. It is an NGO. Work to be done: Option 1 Build a new responsive site in Wordpress (the same theme will be used for arabic version) Transfer / convert two databases from joomla 1.0 and import them to the new two sites. We will send you the logo and login info, the rest you will do it The menu and submenu, photos in articles ..etc as they are in current site. Option 2 We will setup two site in Wordpress and use a responsive theme (both sites has same theme. the Only difference is the language LTR RTL) You will convert/transfer/import the database (SQL) from two sites on current server (arvixe) created in joomla to the new sites.
