Following is my understanding, please let me know if we are on the same page. I have added a few technical tidbits from my end: 1. Group 1: Companies register and upload banners on the website and place then under specific categories and also specify the ad revenue. 2. Group 2: Advertisers put these banner codes on their website. 3. Visitors on the advertisers site would click on the said banners and would be redirected to the group 1 member's website. Upon successful purchase, the payment proceeds would be split up in three with a part going to the group 1 member, group 2 member and you respectively. The codes/banner urls would have a tracking system which would be synchronized with three user accounts, Admin's (you), the company's and the advertiser's respectively.
