I am a real estate broker in North Carolina, USA. I want a person to customize a WordPress installation. I am technically oriented, so I can deal with that - What I need is someone who has some design skills that knows how to make something look good. Resources: What I will give the winner to work with is this: Login to Wordpress (latest version - already installed, database configured, etc.) FTP Login to upload to Wordpress Site Login to Search site Whatever else is needed, as specified by contrractor. Desired Results: What I want is a good looking real estate website that is different from a canned Wordpress theme. If it is legal with respect to any copyrights, I do not care if you start with an existing theme, but I want this to be something that looks a little different then the free templates floating around out there and looks like it is put together well. Features to be added: Property search integration with existing property search system Blog entries integrated to front page Links on front page to several categories. It must be reasonably simple to add or change these without me doing any graphics work that is very technical. Easy lead contact method. Must be kept SEO-friendly Background: The website described here is is a trial run. I want to do branded websites for several parts of my market markets and several niche market (affinity) sites. The initial project will be the main website for the company. When we get it working well, then we would be inclined to work with you for getting the others set up as well, with minor changes.
