A logo for my mobil smoothie company that will be able to be used on a cup as well as fresh enough to be put on tshirts etc

I am in the process of starting my own mobile soup and smoothie company. The idea is to have a fleet of old fixed up vans that travel around Cape Town stopping at all the beaches and morning hangouts, as well as to attend the outdoor and music festivals. The brand essence should be based on the sea/beach/rustic surfing vibes. My immediate target market is surfers and beach users then branching out to a broader audience from there. The logo should be able to be used on the side of the cups, and on the van as well as hip enough to be put on some very cool, comfortable shirts and other products. The surfer lifestyle and culture is very much the market I want to tap into. So the name is: Plain Jane. And the slogan: Live it simply. My immediate feel is for it to have some kind of circle shape around it with the font inside or coming through and out of it. Plain Jane must be a set logo, but Live it Simply could be changed up with different styles and designs of the various mediums it gets used on. Live it simply is the catch line and what the company will be built around. #liveitsimply Also to keep in mind the company is going to be as eco friendly and green as possible so the brand must have almost an earthy feel to it too. The cups for example are going to be made from 100% recycled material and the clothing if possible will be to. I have an idea in my head how this should look I just have no idea how to transform that onto paper.
