animation for story book - repost

I need a series of pictures/cartoons created for a story book. Could each individual submission please provide an example of your prior work. I will not consider bids without examples. Proposals will be considered both a value basis, with an equal weight being given for cost, as well as quality of previous work examples provided. The work will consist of creating two main characters, based on photos which will be provided. There will be eight individual pictures/cartoons required, with part payment being made when each individual satisfactory picture/cartoon has been provided. This payment will be 1/8th of the quoted price (ie $100 quote - part payment of $12.50 for each picture/cartoon provided). If additional pictures are required, this is will be paid at the quoted rate (using the example above, this rate would be $12.50 per picture/cartoon). Thank you.
