New Webdesigner

We are looking for a new webdesigner who can fullfill our needs for our customers. Our webdesigner should have a creative mind and understand the western European markets designs. By this we mean, know the color trends etc.. Our customer are mainly small local companies and they? mainly asked for simple, but eyecatching designs. The designs should primary consist of? customer logo,? menu's (5-6), banner / image and some content text. Many will also be look alike designs... The designs will converted into a cms system by our own programmers. So we only need the mainpage design, as the innerpage will have mainly have the same layout. We need mainly only 1 x mainpage design. We need unlimited revisions untill customers satisfaction.? we need it delivered in html + css
