Device control panel design

I need a device control panel to be designed. The panel is going to be placed in standard case, and will has 5 labeled led lights, a monochrome LCD display and name/logo of device. I expecting a professional proposal from a person who has done similar tasks before. You can be able to provide different approaches to design the final product depending from the budget. The bid must consist from the price for design and cost of final deliverable (please provide the cost for expencier variation of production).
