Design A Signature File For Use With Outlook Email

Hi, We need a nicely designed signature file for use with company emails sent via Outlook. Sig file will need to be customised for about 8 users in the same company. Only names and job titles will need to be changed in the final approved design. Company logo already exists. We also require company email stationary to go with the sig file. Provider must ensure full functionality of both items before final payment is made. Therefore simple usage/installation instructions are also required, as part of the project. Thanks for bidding.
